When will my order be given to cargo? 

Orders you place until 14:00 on weekdays (if the product is ready) will be shipped within the day. Orders placed afterward will be shipped on the next delivery day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped on the next delivery day.

Where can I track the status of my orders?

After you place your order, all your processes, such as your order confirmation and cargo tracking number information, are sent to you via e-mail.

Where can I track the cargo status?

You can follow all the processes of your cargo through the "Shipment Tracking" section of Türk Ptt Cargo with your cargo tracking number sent to you via e-mail and text message.

What should I do if the incoming cargo is damaged?

Damaged cargo should not be accepted and a report should be submitted to the cargo officer. If the authorized person is of the opinion that the package is not damaged, the customer has the right to have the cargo opened there to check that the products have been delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be determined with a report. Once the cargo is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty fully. If the cargo is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation must be reported to Loggier Customer Services as soon as possible, with the copy of the report remaining with the Buyer. Our Customer Service will take immediate action to resolve the problem.
